Objectives
Learners will be able to operate the machine and equipment productively according to manufacture specifications.
Learners will operate controls and understand the full machine system.
Learners will have knowledge of practical skills, operate safely and efficiently, and follow correct procedures.
Community Development (Learnership) for new candidate development and machine specific training. For candidates to become skilled operators for the company’s benefit. To have understanding for the specific machine and knowledge for safe operating.
Implementing of safety filing system for compliance. Inhouse Audits to be done to improve safety awareness for compliance. Toolbox talks and awareness implementations.
Review and improving of SOP’s and designing.
Licencing and access card implementation as per company requirements.
Inductions to be developed and implemented as per site requirements.
To train the learners according to the standard operating procedure and to help maintain safe working environment.
We help the client to revise, rewrite SOP’s according to their requirements and needs.

Client to provide CVs to check possible candidates for experience on the specific field or machinery.
All candidates will write a test on machinery to check for knowledge for position.
One on one questions with candidate will follow to check for understanding of
machinery or specific field.
Practical assessment to be done on candidate for competency for recommendation.
When all has been done a short list will be provided to the client for recommended and not
recommended candidates, candidate employment is still the client’s decision.
